The RUBIG Group trains interested AHS-graduates (Austrian School System) who directly want to enter the professional world and earn their own money to become top-qualified employees within the framework of the Dual Academy. The Dual Academy is a new trainee program that was developed upon the initiative of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce and is unique in Austria. The focus is on sought-after, modern professions that the labor market is waiting for.
The RUBIG Group trains the professional profile DA Professional "Technics" (focus: Mechatronics). The training lasts 2.5 years and includes 3 areas:

In-house trainee program directly at RUBIG

Teaching of the subject theory through competence centers in vocational schools

Imparting social, digital and international skills for the future
At the same time, a practice–oriented future project is being developed – together with a mentor.
The completion of the Dual Academy includes a subject-specific teaching qualification, the evaluated future project as well as the new, official educational qualification of the Upper Austrian Economy called "DA Professional".
