MICROPULS® LOTUS

PVD Coating System

What does the lotus flower have in common with the new RUBIG PVD plant?

The lotus flower has special surface properties that protect it from external influences. With the PVD technology, such protective and improving surface properties can be created.

The MICROPULS® Lotus PVD coating system was developed and built together with RUBIG Technology and RUBIG Industrial Furnaces in order to be able to offer our customers an innovative complete package.

ADVANTAGES OF THE MICROPULS® LOTUS

Technical symbol with sparkle effect – represents bright, metallically clean surface

Perfect surfaces

Magnetron sputtering systems impress with their perfectly smooth layers and homogeneous layer structures. Droplets are a thing of the past.

Black outline icon of a hand holding a small plant with a leaf, symbolizing growth, sustainability, or environmental protection.

Environmental friendliness

Compared to CVD or PACVD technologies, no emissions (e.g. chlorides) are released.

A black-and-white icon featuring a lightning bolt in the center, surrounded by multiple rays indicating energy or power.

High-performance plasma generators

Optimal processes are made possible by powerful RUBIG plasma generators.

Black outline icon of three horizontal sliders, symbolizing adjustment, settings, or configuration.

Process control and regulation

The individual process parameters are individually adjustable.

A black-and-white icon depicting a circle and a square, guided by downward arrows into matching indentations in a tray.

Usable substrates

Metals, plastics as well as nonwovens, fabrics or filter materials.

A black and white icon composed of half a gear on the left and circuit-like lines on the right, symbolizing the fusion of mechanical and digital elements.

State-of-the-art furnaces technology

Very compact design of the chamber as well as upgrades via technology packages such as plasma monitoring.
