The reality is that components of different shapes, sizes and geometries are brought to a single company and should be processed more or less equally. Naturally, all this should be at the lowest possible costs and be environmentally friendly.

RÜBIG Systems Engineering has been trying to meet all these requirements for decades, and provides a possible solution for this with its nitriding and coating systems. From the USA to Japan, from Sweden to South Africa - heat treatment plants in 25 countries already rely on the furnaces made by RÜBIG in Austria. If production plants with "in-house heat treatments" are included, one counts even over 40 countries.

The product range includes systems for the production of wear- and corrosion-resistant steel surfaces:

The experience in the job shop business does not come from nowhere. RÜBIG founded its own heat treatment plant in 1986 and since then has been able to incorporate its own insights directly into the technology of the furnaces.

This has resulted in numerous furnace options, which can be integrated into the respective system as required. Loading devices, quick-coolers, internal anodes or additional equipment for the aerospace industry or efficient treatment of dense, complicated loads are just a few examples of possible options.
