At the end of 2024, the RÜBIG Group will restructure its management: Bernd Rübig will assume joint leadership with Christian Dipolt, while Harald Plöckinger, Managing Director for the past five years, will retire at the end of the year.
Bernd Rübig has been managing the group alongside Harald Plöckinger since May 2023 and is looking forward to the partnership ahead: "With Christian, we are gaining an experienced leader who shares our values and vision as a family business. Together, we will further strengthen our strategic direction and further expand the RÜBIG Group's leadership in innovation.
For more than a decade, Christian Dipolt has played a key role in shaping the technological progress of the RÜBIG Group. Since 2015, he has been responsible for business development, and in 2020 he took over the management of RÜBIG Technologie GmbH & Co. KG. Previously, he led projects in research and development, bringing extensive technical expertise to the company.
Dr. Dipolt holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from the Montanuniversität Leoben and furthered his expertise with an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Johannes Kepler University Linz. His combination of technical expertise, strategic vision and international experience in industrial plant construction in the steel industry makes him an excellent addition to the RÜBIG Group's management team.
